This project aimed to empower clients with enhanced financial control by revamping the retail and wealth web banking dashboards. The goal was to streamline the user experience, presenting only the most relevant and actionable financial information, ensuring clients could easily manage their finances. Key challenges included addressing an outdated, unengaging interface, ensuring consistency with the mobile app, adapting to evolving requirements, and bridging communication gaps with users to better understand their needs.

Research & Empathy
The research phase focused on understanding user frustrations and expectations through interviews, usability tests, and workshops with banks.
